Resto Shaman: 7500 Health, 9000 mana, 1700 +Healing, 150 MP5 while casting unbuffed. Shaman should strive for a 10:1 ration of +Healing to MP5. Consider metagems or trinkets as part of effective MP5.
Enhancement Shaman: 1600+ AP, 100+ Hit or less with 3/3 Nature's Guidance,
30+% Crit Chance, Required Talents; 2/2 Improved Weapon Totems, 3/3 Dual Wield Spec, 5/5 Unleashed Fury, 2/2 Enhancing Totems, 1/1 Shamanistic Rage.
Elemental Shaman: 900 nature damage (or spell damage + nature damage), 35% spell crit (your base spell crit + crit from talents), 12% spell hit, 60 MP5 while casting, 9000 mana unbuffed.
