i can raid most of the time if its scheduled.
suggest arrange one 25 man raid during the weekdays and the other on the weekend, and so does 10 man raids.
and i wish the raid time can be ealier like 7:30 or 8:00.
for example, 7:30 starts to invite and start the raid at 8. so we can finish ealier as well.
if possible, confirm or canceal or reschedule the raid at least 12hrs earlier. so that guildies can have another plan to get going.

Unfortunately it's hard/impossible to confirm or cancel a raid 12 hours before it happens. If we have the signups and no one shows, we'll still cancel it, and if we dont have the signups, we'll try to get people to come that are online.
For me, I can lead raids mostly any night of the week, starting around 7:30 or 8 is fine. I should get home from work around 6-6:30 at the latest (crappy commute!). Ideally I would like raids to be finished by 11-11:30 on weeknights (6am hurts after raiding late!)

My work schedule just changed so usually i close on friday and saturday nights. Those are now off limits to me when it comes to raids.
I have kids to get in bed so the rest of the week i can raid, but its easier for me if its starting 8:30 or later. If not whatever, everyonce in a while i might have to go afk for storytime tho...

the way I see it; instead of making one shot at ZA/TK a week we need to push harder to progress and at the same time we need to gear more people so we can progress. here is an example schedule:
Tues.: TK. invites start at 7:00 Raid starts at 7:30 (this means we are all summoned and ready to start at 7:30). We will progress as far in as possible.
wed.: ZA (Two group??? 6:00(6:30 start) and 7:00'(7:30 start)
thurs.: Kara groups 6:00 and 7:00
Fri: Finish ZA
sat: TK Invites at 7:00 (start at 7:30) we will make more attempts at whatever bosses we didn't down on tuesday.
sun: finish TK/Kara
mon: finish TK/Kara
