Ranks in the guild are assigned by what level of raiding you are able to do with your current gear; a equirement set by your class leader.
Swashbuckler: currently SSC ready.
Deckhand: Gruuls Lair, Magtheridon, ZA.
Swabbie: Able to raid Kara
Please Keep in mind that I realize there are different builds which go for different stats,
this is a general guide. All gear checks will be a case by case basis to see if you and your gear are ready for the next level.
All requirements are UNBUFFED.
Requirements for gear are as Follows:
For Holy Paladins:
For Karazahn (Swabbie) Aiming for 9k mana, 60-100 mp5, 15-20% holy crit, 1k +healing, 6-7k health
For Gruul (Deckhand) Aiming for 10k mana, 75-120 mp5, 20-25% holy crit, 1.7k +healing, 7-8k health
For SSC (Swashbuckler) Aiming for 11-12k mana, 120+ mp5, 25-30% crit, 1.8-2k +healing, 9k Health.
For Protection Paladins:
For Karazahn (Swabbie) Aiming for 10k HP, 12-13k Armor, 400+ Defense, 4K Mana (Off-tanking)
For Karazahn (Swabbie) Aiming for 12.5k Hp, 15k armor, 492 Defense, 5k mana, 100% Avoidance while Holy Shield is active. (Main Tanking)
For Gruul (Deckhand) Aiming for 13-14.5k HP, 17k Armor, 492 Defense, 5.5k mana, 102.4% Avoidance while Holy Shield is active.
For SSC (Swashbuckler) aiming for 15-17k HP, 19k armor, 492 defense, 6k Mana, 102.4% avoidance while Holy Shield is active.
For Retribution Paladins:
Retribution Paladins are extremely gear dependent. In order to perform well, Retadins must have the best possible gear for their instance level. It isn't enough to simply have a good weapon or decent armor.
That being said; I may be revising this section.
For Karazahn (Swabbie) aiming for 8k HP, 8% to hit (Hit capped) 1100+ AP 17% crit.
For Gruul (Deckhand) 9k HP, 8% to hit, 1500 AP 20% crit.
for SSC (Swashbuckler) 10k HP, 8% to hit, 1.8k AP, 20-25% crit.
In Addition to gear requirements all guild members MUST have:

-Group Calendar newest version http://wow.curse.com/...
To setup Group Calendar, once in WoW left click the clock in the top right corner, go to setup. set configuration to manual. Check 'Use guild data Channel' then set the lowest rank to show to 'the brig'
